Do you clean the outside of the windows?
No. We are an interior cleaning company and clean windows from the inside only: glass, frames, sills and tracks. We do not do ladder, pole or exterior work.
What counts as a window?
Any pane we can reach from inside the room: windows, patio and balcony doors, porch glass, interior glass doors and mirrors.
Do you clean frames and sills?
Yes, frames, handles, sills and tracks are included in every quote.
Can I book just a few windows?
Yes, single windows are £10 each, which suits an end-of-tenancy touch-up where only a couple were missed.
Will it streak?
No. We use a professional glass cleaner and squeegee finish, so nothing is left behind to streak.
Do you clean blinds?
We dust blinds as standard. Washing blinds or curtains is not something we offer.
Is interior window cleaning included in a deep clean or end of tenancy?
Yes. Both of those already include all interior windows, sills and frames, so you only book this on its own if that is all you need.
Do I need to move anything?
Please clear the sills and anything in front of the window so we can reach the whole pane and track.

Tell us at quote stage. We can work from a loading bay, use a permit you arrange, or schedule outside restricted hours at no extra cost.
Can you clean a flat with lift-only access on a high floor?
Yes, including rubbish removal, though heavy waste from upper floors with lift-only access carries a small handling surcharge quoted upfront.
