ProTouchs Services LTD is based in Hanham, on the eastern edge of Bristol, and we cover Bristol, the South Gloucestershire belt, Bath and most of Greater London. We are not a franchise and not a booking platform taking a cut: you deal with the company that turns up.
We built the business around the thing customers complained about most: not knowing what a clean would cost until someone had been round. So every band we charge is published, your exact price is fixed before you book, and if something is not right you get it re-cleaned free rather than an argument.

A guarantee you can read in one breath
Something on your checklist not right? Tell us within 48 hours, we come back and re-clean it free. For end of tenancy that covers anything the agent flags at check-out.
Checklists, not vibes
Each service has a written checklist and every cleaner works to it, so the standard does not depend on who happened to be free that day.
Honest about limits
Dye loss is not dirt, rust is not grease, and flood or biohazard work needs a licensed restoration firm. We say so at the door instead of taking the booking.

Where we work
ProTouchs is Bristol-based. Our head office is in Hanham (BS15) and our teams cover the whole city and the surrounding South Gloucestershire and North Somerset belt.
Our London teams cover central, east, north, south and west London, priced to the same published bands as Bristol, with congestion and ULEZ charges included in the quote rather than added later.
