Are you licensed to take waste away?
Yes, ProTouchs Services LTD is a registered waste carrier and you get a waste transfer note with every collection.
Is loading included in the price?
Yes. Our price covers carrying it out, loading, disposal and the paperwork. You do not need to move anything to the kerb.
How is the price worked out?
By the volume that goes into the van, from a minimum collection at £70 up to a full load. Single items are priced individually.
Is it cheaper than a skip?
Usually, once you count skip hire, the council permit and the days it sits on your drive. And you are not loading it yourself.
What can you not take?
Asbestos, chemicals, paint, oils, gas bottles, clinical waste, tyres and car batteries. These need licensed specialist disposal.
Do you recycle?
Yes, we sort at the transfer station and divert as much as possible from landfill.
Can you clear a whole house or a void flat?
Yes, including loft, garage and garden. Send photos or a room list and we will quote by van load.
Can you clear and clean on the same day?
Yes, and that is the cheaper way to do it: one visit, one call-out, bundle discount applied.
