Why is emergency work more expensive?
You are buying availability. We hold team capacity back and reschedule other work, and the surcharge is stated before you commit.
What is the minimum I will pay?
£95 for a two-hour emergency visit. Longer jobs are charged at £45 per cleaner per hour.
Do you work evenings, nights and weekends?
Yes, all three, with the surcharges listed openly in the table above.
Can you do an end of tenancy clean same-day?
Yes, this is the most common emergency booking. It is charged at emergency rates rather than the standard band.
How quickly can you be here?
Usually within 2 to 4 hours in Bristol and 3 to 5 in London, traffic and team position depending. We give you a real window on WhatsApp, not a promise we cannot keep.
Do you handle flooding, sewage or biohazard jobs?
No. Those need specialist licensed restoration firms, and we will say so immediately rather than waste your time.
How do I pay for emergency work?
