Quotes and prices

The bands published on this website are honest estimates based on property size and condition. Your exact price is confirmed in writing before you book and does not change afterwards, unless the property differs materially from your description. In that case we tell you before starting and you may decline.

Booking and access

You are responsible for giving us safe access at the agreed time, along with running water and electricity. Please clear personal belongings from the areas to be cleaned; we do not sort or move possessions.

Payment

No deposit is required for standard domestic bookings. Payment is by bank transfer or card once the job is signed off. Larger commercial and after-builders jobs may be part-invoiced in advance.

Cancellation

Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% of the booking to cover the team time held for you.

Our guarantee

If any area on the checklist for your service is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we return and re-clean it free of charge. For end of tenancy cleaning this extends to any cleaning item your agent or landlord flags on the check-out report. The guarantee covers cleaning only: it does not cover damage, wear and tear, or unpaid rent.

What we cannot do

Dye loss, bleach marks, burns, rust and heat-damaged enamel are permanent damage rather than dirt, and cannot be cleaned away. We do not undertake flood, sewage, biohazard, fire restoration, pest control or mould remediation work, and we will say so rather than take the booking. Waste we cannot legally carry is listed on the rubbish removal page.

Insurance and liability

We hold public liability insurance and every cleaner is DBS-checked. Please report any damage within 48 hours so we can investigate while the evidence is fresh. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
