• Correspondence when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp.
• Analytics data about how this website is used, but only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

• To prepare your quote, confirm your booking and carry out the work. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To contact you about a booking, including reminders and follow-up. Contract and legitimate interests.
• To keep accounting records and meet our legal obligations.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it. Consent, via the cookie banner.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working and your cookie choice remembered. Analytics cookies, which may include Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, only load after you accept them. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

Who we share it with

Only our hosting, database and email providers acting on our instructions, and our accountants and insurers where necessary. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking and invoice records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent for analytics. Email services@protouchs.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
