How long do carpets take to dry?
Typically 4 to 6 hours with windows open. We extract as much moisture as the machine allows so carpets are damp, not wet.
Will old stains come out?
Most will lift or fade significantly. Dye loss, bleach and burns are permanent damage, not dirt, and we tell you honestly before starting.
Can you treat pet odours?
Yes, with an enzyme treatment that breaks down the source rather than masking it, from £20 per affected area.
Do you move furniture?
We move light items and put them back on protectors. Wardrobes, beds and pianos stay where they are, and we clean around them.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, a minimum visit charge applies for very small jobs. Combining rooms or booking with another service avoids it.
Are the products safe for pets and children?
Yes, non-toxic and low-odour. Keep pets and children off the carpet until it is dry.
Can you clean rugs and stairs?
Yes, both are priced separately: rugs from £25 and stairs from £25 depending on the number of flights.
