Choosing the right service
What is the difference between a deep clean and an end of tenancy clean?
A deep clean is for a home you live in and is priced by size and condition. An end of tenancy clean is graded against a letting agent's inventory so you get your deposit back, and is priced by bedrooms and bathrooms.
Can I combine services?
Yes, and it saves money: two services in one visit means one call-out charge and 10% off the combined price. Clear-and-clean saves 15%.
Do I need after builders cleaning or just a deep clean?
If trades have been in, you need after builders. Construction dust needs several HEPA passes over hours, and a standard deep clean simply redistributes it.
Is the oven ever included?
Only in an after builders commissioning clean. On every other service it is a specialist add-on from £50, and it is the most common end-of-tenancy inventory fail.
Do you charge the same in Bristol and London?
Yes, the published bands are identical. Only unavoidable access costs, such as a congestion or ULEZ charge, are itemised in the quote.
Which service do letting agents usually book?
End of tenancy, very often with carpet cleaning and an oven added, and increasingly with rubbish removal for whatever the tenant left behind.
