Is the oven included in the price?
No. Oven interiors are the single most common inventory fail, so we quote them separately from £50 and strongly recommend adding one.
Should the property be empty?
Yes. Furniture is fine, but personal belongings and rubbish need to be gone, otherwise we cannot clean the surfaces underneath them.
How long does it take?
Around 4 hours for a studio or one bed and a full day for a three or four bedroom house, depending on extras.
Do you provide a receipt or checklist for my agent?
Yes. You get an itemised invoice, and we can send completion photographs for your check-out file.
Do you clean carpets too?
Yes, as an add-on. If your tenancy agreement requires professional carpet cleaning, book it with the clean and save a second call-out.
Can you do it the day I move out?
Yes, and same-day slots are held back for exactly this. Book as early as you can, since move-out Fridays and month-ends fill first.
What if the property is much worse than described?
We tell you before starting, with a revised price for you to approve. We never add charges after the job.
